Terms and Conditions

Swiftscope is a business-to-business service. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

"Swiftscope" means the software, websites, and related services provided by Diletta Luna OÜ. "You" and "Customer" refer to the entity or person using Swiftscope.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

• Do not use Swiftscope for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Swiftscope.
• Respect third-party rights and usage limits for any integrations you connect.

Integrations are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. You authorise Swiftscope to access data from connected accounts as configured by you.

Swiftscope and all related IP are owned by or licensed to Diletta Luna OÜ. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Swiftscope for your internal business purposes.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Swiftscope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diletta Luna OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diletta Luna OÜ from claims arising out of your use of Swiftscope or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for risk-related reasons. You may stop using Swiftscope at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Swiftscope ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
